Here at FitFarms we run very differently from a boot camp or a standard weight loss retreat. The intensity of the FitFarms exercise programme is specifically tailored to your current fitness level. Our team of experts will make sure you're in the right exercise zone to optimise results. This is achieved through good positive motivation and encouragement. Our aim is to make you have a positive relationship with exercise on and after the course.

FitFarms has over 15 members of staff in the health team which ensures that during the week the type of exercise is always varied. Gillie the health manager has followed 4 simple but very important steps when devising the FitFarms exercise programme:

F - Frequency of exercise

I - Intensity of exercise

T - Time duration of exercise

T - Type of exercise

Here at FitFarms we have our own intensity level scale which is based on heart beats per minute. This is called FitFarms HRS (Heart Rate Scale). The system ensures that you maximise the time you spend at FitFarms.

FitFarms HRS also creates a training environment where you're not competing with others which enables you to feel comfortable with yourself and your surroundings when exercising.
