Here at FitFarms we have courses to suit different fitness levels for females and males. The majority of our guest are suited to the FitFarms original programme because it is personalised to your current fitness ability. Below is a brief description of the different courses we run.
FitFarms Women Only - This is our most popular course and we have had over five thousand guest from all over the world join us on this programme. We tailor this programme to fit into your current fitness level. The course is also supported by our award winning after care programme FitFarms Club.
FitFarms Mixed Course - This course is open to males and females. Male guest will follow a programme that is designed specifically with the male body in mind. We use training techniques more suited to the male body which will build muscle and create a significant weight loss. If you are a female and choose the mixed course you follow the same programme as the women only course which will be tailored to your current fitness level. The programme is also backed up by our after care programme FitFarms Club.
High Body Mass Index - This course has been developed to help guest that have a very inactive lifestyle and are finding general mobility an increasing problem. This course is open to females and males and runs all year round and is also supported by FitFarms Club.
