Weight Loss - 12lbs
Body Fat Percentage Decrease - 4.5%
Inch Loss - almost 5 inches the equivalent of 2 dress sizes less.
Since this video has been made Kate has followed the 80% - 20% rule that she learnt at FitFarms. Exercise is now an active part of her lifestyle and Kate has made healthy changes to her nutrition programme. Kate is losing between 2lbs and 3lbs every week and her lifestyle has completely changed.
