Our clients range from 18 - 75 with an average age of 50. Do not worry if you're not use to exercise. The health team will tailor the intensity level around your fitness standard.
The nutrition programme is based on portion control and balancing your blood sugar levels which will ultimately stop craving sugary foods for when you arrive home.
