FitFarms Weight Loss Camp Recipe
If you have been to the FitFarms holistic weight loss boot camp you will be aware that every day at 7.30pm we have a snack which is protein based. The reason for this is that customers blood sugar levels drop in the middle of the night so they don't have a goodnights sleep. This little protein snack helps balance the blood sugar levels making sure everyone sleeps like a baby after the days exercises.
Yoghurt Chocolate Mousse with Seeds (packed with protein and nutrient dense)
Weight Loss Boot Camp healthy Ingredients
200 grams of yoghurt
50 grams of good quality peanut butter
2 tablespoons of seeds
2 teaspoons of Cacao powder
1 banana
1/2 avocado
Weight Loss Boot Camp Method
This must be one of the easiest preparation methods because all you do is blend everything together and its ready to eat.
We suggest 3 tablespoons per person and you really don't need anymore because it's very filling.
It freezes well if you make too much and last 1 week in the fridge.
