Grapefruits are great for weight loss. They are low in calories, high in fibre, a source of vitamin C and full of antioxidants. Allowing a calorie dense juice, perfect to start the morning off with or take with you whilst exercising.

Lemons act as a detoxifier for the body, another great fruit for weight loss. Adding lemons into your juices allows a refreshing low calorie added taste, while supporting your health through weight loss.

Oranges are a great sweet addition to your juices. They are high in fibre, vitamin C and boost your immune system to support weight loss.

Apples and berries are also great to add into your juices, low in calories and supporting weight loss.

Portioning Sugar Content

Within each portion of juice aim for around 12-15 grams of sugar, which is around equivalent to 1 orange.
