FitFarms the non traditional weight loss retreat or Boot Camp has not yet opened in Manchester but your nearest location is Matlock in Derbyshire the Peak District. Traditionally we have FitFarms in the South, The Midlands and the North of England. We are scheduled to open in Manchester in May of next year and will be located in the North of Manchester.
The Manchester holistic fitness boot camp most popular course will be the seven night residential course that starts on Fridays at 5pm and completes the following Friday at 10 am. The main objective of the course will be lifestyle change which will create fat loss helping with diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure. The courses will be fun, educational and also challenging but always manageable.

Manchester Fitness Boot Camp closest site is our Matlock FitFarms which is in the beautiful countryside of the Peak District National Park the oldest National Park in England.
Travelling By Car
Manchester to Matlock is a straight forward trip by car. The journey measures under 50 miles and takes 90 minutes. Start of by heading towards the M67 sign posted Hyde, Barnsley and Sheffield. When you reach Hattersley roundabout take the second exit onto the A57. Then head towards the A6 which will take you into Matlock.
Travelling By Train
Manchester to Matlock takes 3 hours and 48 minutes and usually leaves from platform 4. There is one change which is at Derby and you will be riding on the East Midlands railway system. The cost of a return ticket is £40. FitFarms provides a free service where you will be collected and dropped back at Matlock station.
