The climate is ideal for the FitFarms courses with lowest temperatures being approximately 20 degrees in the months of March and November.
There are some stunning coastal walks on our doorstep which include the stunning Ponte de Piedale headland. The nearest beach is Meia Praia with its golden sands that stretch for 4km which is ideal for FitFarms beach workouts.
Fitness Retreat And Weight Loss Retreat Accommodation
Throughout the villa and luxury apartment you will find a contemporary and minimalist design. The bedrooms either have a private balcony or garden all facing into the daily sun. There is an extensive gym that opens out onto the outside swimming pool overlooking the grounds. Next to the swimming pool you will find a large outdoor Jacuzzi to relax in outside the busy FitFarms schedule. The Luxury apartment has a large swimming pool and beautiful sauna area.
FitFarms Weight Loss Retreat and Fitness Portugal Directions
FitFarms Portugal courses run from Saturday to Saturday. We provide free transfers from Faro Airport and you will be met at the airport by Jane the FitFarms hostess and massage therapist. The transfer times are 2pm and and 7pm where you will be taken on a short 50 minute drive to the beautiful Algarve coastline.
We do not operate the body analysis on our Portugal course but you will have a health assessment at the beginning of the course. There is also the option of having the FitFarms scientific blood testing on our Portugal courses.
