Body Analysis Health Screening At FitFarms
FitFarms Wellbeing Health Check
During your stay at FitFarms you will have a complete overall health check with one of our health consultants.
Early detection of any underlying health issue is vital in lowering the risk of certain diseases. You maybe joining us at FitFarms and already have a chronic condition like obesity, diabetes or high blood pressure. Alternatively, your situation may be less complex and you might already be exercising and eating healthy but struggling with losing weight. The reason for this could be calorie to exercise balance, metabolism, hormones, muscle to fat ratio, water retention or many other reasons.
The FitFarms Wellbeing Health Check will show you precisely where you need to make improvements, by providing a printed reading showing a complete picture of your body health. You will then be advised by the health consultant on how you can improve your readings and optimise your overall health.
